Why i want to go to Nursing school for mu RN

Why I Want To Go To Nursing School for RN I started of as a nurse’s aide in March 2000 and worked until I got my Associates Degree in Computer Network Management. I was unable to find a job so I went back to school and graduated as a License Practical Nurse (LPN) in 2003. I have been working for almost ten years as LPN and now I feel that it’s my time to become a Registered Nurse (RN). I aim to provide nursing services to people by working in close collaboration with other health professionals. An interest in the field of medical science and between 10 to 20 years of practical nursing experience in long-term care, home care, and Hospice Palliative care make a lot for a person to become a Registered Nurse.
I aim to provide all of my support and care to patients and performing various healthcare duties which may include administrating medications, giving emotional support to patients, setting IVs, and doing other tasks related to provision of healthcare. I am skilled in working in collaboration with health professionals and physicians and this ability will be help me in showing a good progress as a Registered Nurse. I want to be able to use nursing techniques, theories, and knowledge to provide best medial care to patients. I also want to able to assist health professionals in the diagnosis of different medical problems. Having worked as a Licensed Practical nurse for many years, I have become fully aware of their roles and responsibilities. I think that it is my time to serve as a supervisor for the work of other LPNs and assist and train them in performing their job responsibilities.
